A: While it is our intent to deliver all vehicles without damage, we understand that accidents happen. It is important for customers to inspect their vehicles upon receipt. If damage is noticed, customers should contact our office immediately. Damage should be documented on the “Bill of Lading” received from the driver. The time frame for reporting damage is short (7 days). If a report is not made in a timely manner we will not be able to assist you with the damage.
Q: Can my personal belongings be packed in my vehicle?
A: Yes, but there is a 100 pound limit. Packing items in the vehicle may cause damage to the interior due to movement during transportation. We do not recommend this. Freedom Auto Transport will not be liable for damage during transit. Additional fees, at the driver’s discretion, may apply for weight over 100 pounds. Also, customers should understand inside contents may hinder a driver’s view while preparing the vehicle for transportation.

A: Yes. Freedom Auto Transport specializes in delivering vehicles of all types. Regardless of the vehicle’s function, we deliver. However, we required that inoperable vehicles roll and steer. There is an extra $150 fee for these vehicles. Specialty, classic and exotic cars are welcomed. Extra fees may be assessed for difficult loading.
